Public Consultation on Support Scheme for Small Electricity Generators now close

The Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications has just closed its public consultation on the implementation of a support scheme for small electricity generators, i.e. less than 50kW. This will be implemented by July 1st 2021 and will allow homeowners, farms, and communities to receive payment for any electricity exported to the grid.
